Our bespoke service and pricing
We offer bespoke 'You or Us' packages to keep your costs as low as possible, it just depends on what you would like us to do for you!
A couple of examples:

Would you like to measure up yourself (using our guide) or shall we do it for you?

Would you like to submit your plans yourself or would you like us to act as your agent?
You decide. You may just want to give it a go, but if you have problems then you can simply pass it over to us to sort it out. We are very flexible!
Our ever growing experience has enabled us to develop our service to focus on delivering what really matters. A typical project can be broken down in to a few key service points. :

Full or Householder Planning projects
We would create your own bespke package, dependent on the complexity of your project e.g. 3 elements - Double storey rear extension, single storey side extension plus Garage conversion.
Once we have understood your requirements we would create your own bespke package. If you are happy with the package and wish to instruct us, we will take a small deposit. We would then create planning Drawings which can be finalised and submitted. Once planning permission is granted we can then upgrade your package to produce Building Regulations Drawings, which can then be checked by Building Control before any work commences, removing/reducing the possibilty of any costly surprises along the way.

Permitted Development Planning projects
There are many options under Permitted Development from classes of Residential Develpment through you Change of Use. More information about this is under our 'Helpful Guides' section.
Once we have understood your requirements we would create your own bespke package. If you are happy with the package and wish to instruct us, we will take a small deposit. Once the Lawful Development Certificate is granted we can then complete Building Regulations which can then be checked by Building Control before any work commences, removing / reducing the possibilty of any costly surprises along the way.
